Henri Prudhon & Fils Bourgogne Aligote Featured in The New York Times

The Prudhons are longtime growers in St. Aubin, a village once considered a Côte de Beaune backwater but which has blossomed in recent years. Aside from chardonnay and pinot noir, the Prudhons grow aligoté, which in their hands is an excellent value. The ’23 is full and resonant, lively and focused.
