Jerome Chezeaux Coteaux Bourguignons Rouge

  • Red

This zippy yet sappy bottling comprises two-thirds Gamay and one-third Pinot Noir from a vineyard in Premeaux-Prissey. Jérôme and Lyse co-ferment the varieties in stainless steel, and aging takes place for the better part of a year in steel with a small amount of spillover into used barrels, resulting in a wine of snappy purple fruit, subtle floral elements, and an overall impression of cleansing linearity that is very much a Chezeaux signature.
