A more recent addition to the Chapelle des Bois lineup, this single-vineyard offering is the most structured and powerful Beaujolais in the cellar, in keeping with the character of the highly regarded cru of Morgon. The domaine’s old vines in Les Rontay yield a wine of dark, concentrated fruit and intense spice, with the bones to develop positively for years.
